The No. 1158 Announcement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China now approves the “Code for the Design of Petroleum Reserves†as a national standard, numbered GB50737-2011, and will be implemented as of May 1, 2012. Among them, 4.0.6 (1, 2, 3), 4.0.8, 5.1.2, 5.1.4, 5.1.5, 5.2.1, 5.3.1, 7.1.1, 8.1.1, 8.1.2, Sections 8.1.3, 8.1.5 and 8.2.1 (sections) are mandatory provisions and must be strictly enforced.
