Protective clothing wear instructions

1. The protective clothing must be inspected and pressure tested to determine that there are no defects, and that protective clothing must be selected according to its purpose.
2. However, if necessary, anti-fogging agents should be applied to the protective glasses inside the protective clothing according to the suggested instructions.
3. Select two people "cooperative organizations", that is, another person to help when wearing protective clothing.
4. Underwear should be worn in protective clothing. At the very least, it is recommended to wear long sleeves and trousers or long underwear. Should consider wearing fireproof underwear.
5. Remove personal items that may damage protective clothing, such as pens, badges, jewelry, etc.
6. Take off the shoes (this step can be omitted when wearing a protective suit with rubber boots attached). Some long boots do not allow outdoor shoes.
7. Roll the legs into stockings so that they can be easily worn with protective pants and long boots.
8. If using a self-contained air breathing apparatus, check and install the device, complete all connections, adjust according to the manufacturer's requirements, and do not wear the mask until the breathing apparatus requires it.
9. If a breathing tube air supply system is used, check and complete all connections and adjustments. Do not wear a mask until the breathing apparatus requires it.
10. Sit and put both legs in protective clothing.
11. Put two feet into the jacket boot and pull off the splash guard on the boot. (Note: The work boots should be 1 to 2 larger than the boots normally worn so that there is enough room to put the boot of the protective clothing cover into the boot.)
12. Open the air supply device and wear the top cover to confirm that the air supply system is working properly.
13. Stand up and tie the inner belt, if any.
14. Put the arm and head into the protective clothing, pull the zipper, and close the zipper.
15. Ask the assistant to check if the zipper and zip cover are fully tightened, if the view of the mask is clear, if all the air lines are tightly connected and if the protective clothing is in the best working condition.
