(3) The lateral rigidity of the helmet: According to the prescribed method, the maximum deformation shall not exceed 40mm, the residual deformation shall not exceed 15mm, and the cap shell shall not be detached.

(4) The antistatic performance of the helmet: According to the specified method, the surface resistance is not more than 1ΩX 109.

(5) The low-temperature performance of the helmet: According to the low-temperature (-20 °C) pretreatment after the impact test, the force transmitted to the head mold does not exceed 4900N; the cap shell must not have fragments off; then another sample is used ( -20 °C) After the pretreatment, the puncture test shall be performed. The steel cone shall not contact the surface of the head mold, and the cap shell may not be detached.
