It is understood that the thermoplastic CFRP melts the melted resin onto the carbon fiber board for heating, and completes the stamping molding in a soft state, which takes several hours to form compared with the current mainstream thermosetting CFRP high-pressure steam sterilizer. In a word, the time can be greatly shortened, and now it is considering forming in one minute. Thermoplastic CFRP becomes easy to process after heating. Compared with the current mainstream CFRP production cost, it is expected to be introduced in various fields such as aircraft, automobiles, and industrial machinery, and at the same time, it is considered to promote the popularization of international standards developed by Japan.
The Japan JIS standardization work was established by the Japan Plastics Industry Alliance, and nearly 30 organizations including the automotive, motor, and aircraft industry groups and the University of Tokyo joined the company to establish the "Strengthening Fiber Composites Standardization Committee." In the future, while expanding JIS, it is also considered to pass the certification of international standard specifications, and will also take into account the unfavorable factors of technology outflow.
