The poor heat resistance is mainly manifested by fading, discoloration, unclear graphics and the like of the ink layer. The heat resistance of the ink mainly depends on the pigment and the binder. The heat resistance of the binder is poor, and it changes from white to brownish yellow after heating. Therefore, the heat resistance of the light ink depends on the binder and the heat resistance of the color ink. It depends on the pigment. In this paper, the red organic pigment ink is taken as an example to analyze the heat resistance of the ink and the choice of pigment.

3 Lisol Baohong BK (N53) pigment, pigment index: PR57:1, is a deep red powder with blue light, bright color, high tinting strength, insoluble in ethanol, soluble in hot water, golden red, acid resistant Good alkalinity, light fastness, heat resistance up to 150 ° C, red in case of concentrated sulfuric acid, magenta precipitate after dilution, aqueous solution is brownish red precipitated in hydrochloric acid, brown in case of concentrated sodium hydroxide.

2. Preparation of experimental ink

Ink prepared with the same quality of raw materials, from large to small in size, is Jinguanghong C, Yongfuhong F4R, Lisuobaohong BK, and Yongfuhong 2B. Among them, the volume of Jinguanghong C ink is about 3 times that of permanent red 2B ink. The formulated permanent red 2B ink is very thick and difficult to filter. Therefore, in testing, the permanent red 2B ink should be diluted to the appropriate concentration with a solvent.
3. Preparation of experimental samples and heat resistance test
