The technological process mainly uses trichlorosilane as a raw material, oxidizes to dichlorodihydrogen silicon under the condition of a catalyst, and then deuterated into silane to obtain high-purity electronic grade silane gas through purification.
High-purity silane gas can be used to produce high-purity polysilicon and significantly reduce the production cost of polysilicon, which has broad application prospects.
