If you want higher quality lighting, you should be familiar with the color rendering index. It is a measure of whether the light source can accurately illuminate the color. From 1 to 100, most LED bulbs can reach 80 or so. But some of the better products, such as Cree's TW Series LEDs and GERevealLEDs, are all at 90 and above.
