First, construction preparation
(I) Operating conditions
1. The floor cushion of the kitchen and toilet floor has been completed. All the risers and casings that pass through the floor and floor of the kitchen and toilet room have been completed. They have been firmly fixed and have been checked and accepted. The gap around the pipe was packed with 1:2:4 bean-pea concrete (the bottom of the floor was to be suspended).
2. The floor leveling floor of the kitchen and toilet room floor has been completed, and the elevation meets the requirements. The surface should be smoothed and pressed. Flat, no empty drums, cracks, sand and other defects, moisture content of not more than 9%.
3. The flooding slope of the screed should be 2% (that is, 1:50), and the water must not be locally accumulated. The intersection with the wall, the corner, and the root of the pipe should be uniformly and smoothly polished with a radius of 100mm. Small rounded corners, use a special trowel. The slope of 5% (1:20) should be wiped off at the root of the wall to avoid accumulation of water.
4. Brush the surface of the base layer of the waterproof layer, dust and debris should be cleaned, the surface of the residual hard mortar and high parts should be scraped, sweep. For parts that are not easy to clean around the pipe root, apply a brush to remove dust. If there is any unevenness in the potholes or where the yin and yang angles have not been wiped into a circular arc, use public glue: cement: sand = 1:1.5:2.5 to repair the mortar.
5. Before the waterproof coating is applied to the grass-roots level, the roots and floor drains that protrude from the ground and the wall are highlighted. Drain outlets, yin and yang angles, etc., where leakage may occur, shall be supplemented with additional layers.
6. The wall surface of the kitchen and toilet room shall be waterproof according to the design requirements and construction regulations (around at least 300mm in circumference). The plastering on the wall surface shall be calendered, and it shall be smooth, free of hollows, cracks, sand and other defects. Pipes and fixtures that pass through the waterproof layer should be installed in advance and recessed into the surface within 50 mm from the pipe. The pipe root is made into a circular arc with a radius of 10 mm.
7. According to the 50cm elevation line on the wall, pop up the waterproof height line on the wall and mark the boundary line between the riser and the standard ground. When the paint is applied, it should be level with this line.
8. Before the kitchen and toilet room is waterproofed, sufficient lighting equipment (safety low-voltage lights, etc.) and ventilation equipment must be installed.
9. Waterproof materials are generally flammable toxic substances. Keep away from fire when storing, keeping and using. There must be enough fire-fighting equipment on the construction site. Construction workers should wear overalls, wear soft-soled shoes, and be supervised by professional foremen.
10. The ambient temperature is maintained above +5°C.
11. The operator should undergo professional training, hold a certificate, first do the model room, after the inspection and acceptance, before the full construction.
(b) Material requirements

(a) Master project
1. The waterproof material meets the design requirements and the current relevant standards.
2. The sealing of the drainage slope, embedded pipes, equipment and fixing bolts meets the design requirements.
3. The floor drain should be at the lowest ground level, easy to drain, and the system is open.
(II) General Project
1. Drainage slopes, floor drains, and drains The peripheral nodes should be tightly sealed without leakage.
2. The sealing material should be made of a flexible material that is densely packed and firmly bonded.
3. Uniform waterproof coating, no cracking, no bubbling.
4. The thickness of the waterproof layer meets the design requirements.

Fourth, the operating process
(I) Grassroots cleanup
Before the construction of the waterproof layer of the coating film, remove the gray skin on the surface of the base layer with a blade, and clean the dust, sand and other impurities with a crucible, especially the roots, floor drains and drain outlets. If oily, apply wire brush and sandpaper. The surface of the base must be flat, and the depression should be filled with cement putty.
(b) Detail of additional layer construction
1. Stir well before opening the drum. Do not dilute the product with water or other materials.
