Preventing the conveyor belt from starting; 3, conveying If the belt is out of deviation, measures should be taken to correct it in time; 4. When the conveyor belt is partially damaged, the artificial cotton should be repaired in time to avoid expansion; 5. Avoid the conveyor belt being blocked by the frame, pillar or block material to prevent breakage. Rip.

In addition, the mining conveyor belt is the main bridge for the crushing and screening production line, and its safe and stable operation directly affects the normal production of the entire mining industry. Therefore, to operate the mining conveyor correctly, use the following methods to prevent and solve the failure.

1 All the coal feeder discharge ports are replaced with the discharge hopper, and inclined at a certain angle. A buffer member is added at the lower part of the coal feeder, and the large coal gangue is no longer directly squatted on the conveyor belt, reducing its impact on the conveyor belt.

2 Extend all the coal-feeding point guide troughs and the conveyor belt leather, and add 3~5M net-type guide material protection net. After the large coal shovel falls, it will be blocked by the protection net and move forward along the running direction of the conveyor belt. Do not get stuck or fall between the roller frame and the return conveyor belt.

3 Weld several reinforcing brackets on the roller frame, and each welding joint adopts repair welding to increase the strength of the roller frame; add a hook shackle above the notch of the mounting roller to fix the roller so that the roller will not be smashed under.

4 Increase the density of the roller frame at the lowest point of all the roadway where the belt conveyor is placed, that is, add 2 roller frames between each roller frame to reduce the span of the roller frame here, and transport the coal conveyor belt. The raft will no longer hang down in the overhead of the roller after passing through the low point.

5 Make 4 U-rings, fix the 4 corners of the tensioning trolley on the rails, prevent them from jumping up and down and swinging left and right, avoiding the lanes, but not hindering the movement of the front and rear, neither affecting the adjustment of the belt tension according to the working conditions. The force does not affect the normal operation of the tensioning device.

6 Strengthen the daily maintenance and maintenance of the conveyor safety protection device to ensure that all kinds of protection devices are sensitive and reliable, so that the belt conveyor will not operate in an unprotected state for a long time. Through the above rectification, the probability of damage to the conveyor belt is reduced from 56.4% to 13.1%, which greatly improves the transportation efficiency.
