From March 15th to 16th, Huang Guoqing, the party secretary and executive vice chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, led a team to visit the city to conduct research on the work of the city's trade unions. Tu Weifa, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and the organization of the Municipal Party Committee, Chen Xinlin, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied the investigation.
Taking the spring rain, Huang Guoqing and his entourage came to Chengchao Iron Mine, Echeng District, Fengzi Street Baizitun Village Trade Union, Gedian Development Zone and other places, and went deep into Changli Superhard Materials and other enterprises to inspect the construction of grassroots trade union organizations in the city. The situation and discussions with the heads of trade unions at all levels.

- Broadband Laser Mirrors (BHR):These broadband mirrors are multilayer dielectric mirrors designed to provide and average reflectance of at least 99% over a broad spectral range and angle of incidence. They use high quality UV Fused Silica or BK7 substrates and can be used with high power argon, Nd: YAG, or excimer lasers as well as with broadband or multi-spectral sources.
- Dual High Reflectors Mirrors (DXHR/DHHR):These are useful extra-cavity mirrors which have a high reflectance at both the Nd: YAG/YLF fundamental wavelength and also a wavelength in the visible spectrum. They can be supplied to reflect the laser harmonic wavelength. Alternatively, they can be supplied to reflect a HeNe laser or diode laser alignment beam. For UV applications, because UV beam is invisible to the eye, it is desirable to use a co-linear alignment (HeNe) laser.
- Excimer Cavity Output Couplers (XOC):Lasers that output wavelengths 193nm, 248nm, and 308nm are excimer lasers. These wavelengths are found in applications such as micro-lithography, micro-manufacturing, and medical devices. At these wavelengths, it is recommended to use Calcium Fluoride or Magnesium Fluoride substrates for intra-cavity transmissive optical elements. Output coupler reflectance may be specified by the user. Note that Lambda`s high quality excimer laser cavity coatings are designed for Acid/Fluorine resistance.
- Excimer Cavity Rear Mirrors (XRM):There are 193nm, 248nm, and 308nm excimer lasers. These wavelengths are found in applications such as micro-lithography, micro-manufacturing, and medical devices. At these wavelengths, it is recommended to use Calcium Fluoride or Magnesium Fluoride substrates for intra-cavity transmissive optical elements. Rear cavity mirrors provide at least 99.5% reflectance at the laser wavelength. Note that Lambda`s high quality excimer laser cavity coatings are designed for Acid/Fluorine resistance.
- Harmonic Separators For Nd:YAG Lasers (HHS):Harmonic separators are used to reflect the wavelength of interest while allowing others to pass. They have anti-reflection coatings on the rear surface. Reflectance is at least 99.5% for the wavelength of interest and transmittance is in excess of 90% for the rejected wavelength (85% in the case of 532 nm).
- High Reflector Mirrors (XHR/HHR/HR):Lambda`s core expertise is high power thin film mirror coatings. These mirrors are laser line mirrors designed to reflect at high efficiency with no scattering or absorption. We are working with 3rd party testing facilities to certify our laser damage threshold performance on a regular basis.
- Partial Reflectors (XPR/PR/HPR):Lambda`s core expertise is high power thin film mirror coatings. These mirrors are laser line mirrors designed to reflect & transmit with negligible scattering or absorption. AR coating is applied on the 2nd surface. We are working with 3rd party testing facilities to certify our damage threshold a regular basis. These mirrors are used as resonator mirrors (output couplers) in laser cavities, & beamsplitters in beam delivery systems.
- Ti:Sapphire Harmonic Separator Mirrors (HTISR):These harmonic separators are designed to work with tunable laser sources operating in the 700 – 900 nm range such as Ti: Sapphire and LISAF lasers. Harmonic separators are used to reflect the wavelength of interest while allowing others to pass. They have anti-reflection coatings on the rear surface. Reflectance is at least 99.8% for the wavelength of interest and transmittance is in excess of 90% for the rejected wavelength.

Ti:Sapphire High Reflector Mirrors (TISR):These ultra-fast Ti: Sapphire and LiSAF laser mirrors are designed and manufactured to minimize pulse distortion. These are broadband mirrors providing high reflectance over a range from 730 to 870 nm. They are offered for normal and 45° incidence. Second harmonic mirrors are also offered based on a center frequency of 400 nm and operating over a range from 365 to 435 nm.
