The second is to use the terrain conditions of the plant site, design and develop a new type of natural cooling water system, and form a landscape of Shiya waterfalls, streams, artificial lakes, fountains, etc. The ecological landscape effect is good, and it is a domestic initiative. The equipment investment and maintenance cost is only 1/3 of that of the traditional cooling tower system. The water-saving and energy-saving effect is significant, and zero discharge of wastewater from the production system is realized. The third is to take the lead in building and applying an integrated network that integrates aluminum electrolytic production monitoring, aluminum plant power supply system automatic monitoring, production and office operations, and dispatching and inquiries. It also enables remote monitoring. The project has a high rate of return on investment, economic and environmental benefits are significant, and the main production technology and economic indicators are advanced. No external heated mixing furnace technology, new-type structural carbon anode technology, ecological landscape-type circulating water cooling system and other technologies have reached the international advanced level. At the same time, the scientific and technological achievements have been used for the first time at home and abroad to use original 65KA self-baking pit pit plant, converted to 200KA large-scale pre-baked tank electrolysis series, as well as outstanding environmental protection, energy saving, research and development of cooling water systems in supporting systems, remote monitoring Systems, new anodes and many other technologies should be promoted and applied in transformation projects in similar enterprises.
