6 Conclusion

The test method of the long stroke cylinder proposed in this paper successfully replaces the traditional absolute displacement measurement and has remarkable features:

(1) Replacing the large-range sensor with a small-range sensor is practical, simple and feasible. It solves the technical problems encountered when purchasing and installing a large-range sensor for a cylinder with a particularly long stroke (such as more than 2 meters);

(2) The economic benefits are obvious. The small-range sensor is one-tenth or less of the cost of the large-scale sensor. With the grating sensor as the detection component, the relative error is used to directly and synchronously reflect the synchronization performance, and the saving can be saved. A grating sensor.
