American oil giant Chevron was responsible for the oil spill in an offshore oil spill in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on the 20th and promised to fully clean up the oil.

The incident oil well is located in the Vlad block and is constructed by Chevron. The drill hole is located 1200 meters below the sea and produces approximately 79,000 barrels of crude oil per day. According to data previously released by the Brazilian oil industry regulatory authority, from the 8th to the 15th, oil spills from 200 barrels to 330 barrels per day.
