Temperature Sensor

1. A flow sensor is a component that collects the temperature of water and emits a temperature signal. It generally uses a thermal resistance material, and the resistance value of the material changes with temperature. The heat meter uses a Pt1000 paired temperature sensor with a pairing error <0.1 °C. One has a red sign, installed at the water inlet, and one has a blue sign that is installed at the water outlet. Pt is a molecular formula of platinum, which has a large temperature coefficient and a constant temperature coefficient within a certain temperature range. R0=1000, that is, at 0 ° C, the resistance of the temperature sensor is 1000 Ω;

2. Flowmeter (base table): A component that collects the flow of water and sends a flow signal. The heat meter uses a Wiegand flow meter.

The temperature sensor commonly used in heat meters is a resistor wound by platinum wire. The higher the temperature, the higher the resistance value. The size of the resistor can be measured by the wire to a long distance. According to the change of platinum resistance, we can Get a change in temperature. Of course, the temperature sensor is not the same one, and other kinds of sensors can also be used.

Heat meter flow sensors are commonly used in orifice differential pressure, vortex, and turbine. The turbo flow sensor is a small hydroelectric generator, and the hydroelectric generator for hydroelectric power generation is a truth. It's just very small and simple, it's just made up of an impeller in the pipe and a coil outside the tube. There is a small magnet on the impeller. When the impeller is rotated by water, the coil cutting magnetic line will send an alternating signal. The greater the flow of water in the pipe, the faster the impeller turns, and the higher the frequency of the AC. Frequency is used to represent the flow, so it is easy to pass elsewhere, so this is called a sensor.

The temperature signal measured by the temperature sensor and the flow signal measured by the flow sensor are finally sent to the microprocessor, and its software performs the operations of multiplication, subtraction, and accumulation. Finally, the results are displayed in the window of the instrument by numbers. You can even send it to the bank through the network, and automatically deduct the heating fee from your account, which saves both trouble and trouble.

At present, most domestic IC card heat meters use magnetic steel to rotate, and double dry reeds receive pulse counts. Now again, the Wiegand components are gradually being adopted.

Wiegand component advantages: 1. Generate pulse power consumption is zero.

2. The output pulse amplitude and width are constant in the pulse repetition frequency range of 0~10KHz, which is independent of the rotation (moving) speed of the measured object, and is suitable for ultra-low speed detection.
