HC Plastics News: Dutch masterbatch producer Holland Colours announced the launch of a new colorant, mainly for PET packaging materials.
The new product is marketed and sold under the Holcopearl 2287 brand, which was developed to respond to customer feedback.

Wilfried Grob, Sales Manager, European Colours, Holland Colours, said: "We have seen this industry's future trends and the needs of our customers, so we launched this product."
These trends include more stable and efficient production speeds, deeper colors, and sharper metering settings, which prompted the company to decide to create a new PET coloring solution.
Holland Colours has more than 30 years of production experience and has collected PET packaging and products from around the world to create this new colorant that is fully compliant with current regulatory and production requirements.
The Holcopearl 2287 brand uses Holland Colours' proprietary packaging technology to support higher pigment concentrations, reduce metering and cost, and distribute more evenly.
