1.What is our terms of packaging?
Re: Generally faucets and showers are packed in standard corrugated carton.
Printing cost is required if you want to print your logo on it.
 
2.What is payment terms?
Re: 30% by TT before production, the balance to be paid before delivery.
 
3.What is delivery terms?
Re: EXW, or FOB Shenzhen generally. CFR or CIF is also available.
 
4.How about lead time?
Re: LCL(less than container loading) takes 5 to 10 days if there is stock of semi-finished products;
      FCL(full container loading) takes 25 to 35 days if there is no stock.
 
5.Can you produce according to the sample offered?
Re: Sure we can produce on the basis of sample and technical drawings.
We would suggest customization if you have regular purchasing quantity per year.
Mould charge is required if it does not reach MOQ; if yes, mould is free.
 
6.What is sample policy?
Re: Sample cost and courier cost is required.

7.Do we test all ordered products before delivery?
