The fixed height of the cast iron pipe shown in Figure 1 is required to ensure straightness, and the flange holes at both ends are required to be on the same straight line. When there is no special equipment, the processing is more difficult. To this end, we designed the fixture shown in Figure 2. Two sets of 120° uniformly distributed M18 threaded holes are machined on the circumference of the support shaft 5, and the center holes (?) of the support shafts 5 are ground and tightened at both ends.
