Excellent Laminated Glass is made by two or more pieces of flat glass (float glass, pattern glass, tempered glass), which is permanently bonded together using a PVB interlayer through the combination of heat and pressure. We can supply clear and colored laminated glass.
l Our factory
Excellent Silver Mirror is based on high quality distortion-free float glass. It is produced by coating a silver film, a copper film and two or more layers of waterproof paint on the back surface of float glass.Â
l The production process of glass and silver mirror is as follows:
Prewash→ Polish→ Polish→ Activate→ Silver-Plated → Copper → Baking→ Primer → Primer→ Finish→ Solidification→ Cooling→ Surface Cleaning→ Lower Plate→ Test→ Packaging.
l Feature
Made by high quality float glass and very clear, good light transmittance, and reflects accurate natural colors.
1) Mirrors are available in either silver or aluminum and suit all atmospheric conditions.
2) The mirror surface is clear and bright, giving distinct and lifelike image.
3) The plating layer is rigid and bond and the protective layer impregnable with good erosion-resistance
