Between 2000 and 2005, the organization of the coding system was tried and tried several times. The coding system was easy to draft. The flow code is used for unique identification of material code, the classification code is applied to the classification and query of materials, and the use of group technology is applied to production to improve labor productivity. How to manage material codes in PDM
In XTPDM, the material flow code, classification code, blank flow code, and classification code are saved to the PDM database along with the current part number.
