(1) PV panels

At present, one of the main reasons for the solar energy industry to fully roll out is that the price of PV panels is too high and affects the PV system price of the entire system. In addition to controlling the unit price of PV panels, the most important thing is to control the number of PV panels used. Some points:

A. Power Generation: In a certain sense, the greater the required power generation, the more PV panels are used and the higher the cost. Properly controlling the power generation can properly control the cost.

B. Weather conditions of PV panels: It is obvious that in the same area, the same PV panel, it generates much more electricity on a sunny day than cloudy, which can explain the different regions of PV panels. The amount of use varies.

C. The latitude of the location where the PV panels are located. During the same day, the sun irradiates at different latitudes. This causes the same PV panel to produce different amounts of electricity at different latitudes in the same day.

D. PV board use environment For example, the PV board is used on the top of the mountain. In the day, there is no shelter to block the sunlight shining on the PV panel. The power generation capability is definitely good. If the PV board is used at the foot of the mountain, then the day will come down. There are more or less obstructions to block the sunlight shining on the PV panels. Therefore, if there is sunlight shielding material in the surrounding environment of the PV panels, it will affect the power generation capability of the PV panels to some extent.

(2) Energy storage equipment

How much power a user needs to supply power to a power generation system in a day determines the capacity of the energy storage equipment. The more power the power generation system uses to supply users each day, the greater the capacity requirements of the energy storage equipment and the higher the cost.

The average daily electricity consumption of users, the greater the user's daily electricity consumption, the higher the cost of energy storage equipment.

Note: The system is generally designed to generate enough daylight to generate electricity. It does not take rainy days into account. Therefore, the system will only be able to withstand the use of electrical equipment for one day. Customers have other requirements to consider.

System has fuse/safety wire shutdown switch for three-phase power protection, fuse/safety wire for operating circuit protection, and temperature sensing relay for motor protection.

Stroke Controller utilizes absolute value encoder. Connect the absolute value encoder and reducer via encoder`s axle, and fix the wings on to the reducer, than insert the aviation plug into plug receptacle.

The mounting screw for the control box must inspect regularly to prevent screw been getting loose and falling off. Check the internal and external wirings. Check and change the oil for the redactor on regular basis.

Precision: The system use Full closed-loop servo control and Double Encoder design. This is to ensure long operating life and to prevent overshooting during operating.

Stability: The system utilizes integrated design concept, in order to simplify internal wiring and prevent any function caused by wiring and terminal connections.

High Speed: Motor max speed is 2500 rpm; door max operating speed is 2 m/s.

Smooth: The torque servo system can adjust torque to the load automatically, and its speed curve mode step less speed regulating to ensure a smooth operation.

Its structure diagram is picture 1 and 2,picture 1 is the structure with hand release.Picture 2 is the structure without the hand release.Its operating principle BE, after being to make the retardation coil(6)to connect direct current power supply,because of the function of electromagnetic force,electromagnet(7)attract gag bit(5),and compress spring(24),make arrester disc(2)away from the friction surface of the gag bit(5)and shield(26)(the electrical motor can immediately operate normally).When the power supply cuts off after,the electromagnet(7)loses electromagnet force,the spring(24)releases the gag bit(5)and compress tightly to arrester disc(2),the arrester function,stop(the motor shaft)quickly,make electric motor shop turning to move,for the second time connect power supply will repeat above-mentioned action.
