Warm air module cleaning
The heater module should clean the heater every 500 hours of operation
1. Clean the burner. Remove the upper housing, remove the heat shield, remove the burner mounting nut, pull the burner on both hands and place it on a clean floor, and wipe the surface with a cloth or cotton yarn.
2, clean nozzle. Use an Allen key to loosen the lock screw and remove the torch. Loosen the ignition electrode fixing screw, loosen the swirl disk locking screw, and remove the swirl disk. Use a socket wrench to remove the nozzle, use kerosene to clean the nozzle filter, and use the sand to remove the accumulated oil. Clean and eliminate the coke and tighten the nozzle as it is. Install the swirl disk and tighten the lock screw.
3, remove the ignition electrode carbon deposition and adjust the spacing. After the coke on the ignition electrode is removed with sand, the distance between the two ignition electrodes, between the electrode and the nipple, and between the nipple and the swirl disk is adjusted as shown in FIG. Remove coke and adjust the distance before installing the torch and tighten the lock screw.
4. Clean the photoreceptor eyes. Gently unplug the electric eyes and wipe the grease on the glass sleeve with a cloth and put it back in place.
5. Clean the oil pump filter. Remove the pump cover, remove the strainer and clean it with kerosene. When tightening the 4 pump cap screws, use force to balance.
After completing the above tasks, the heaters will be installed and restored
